Your duties

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the customer service centre teams with leadership responsibility for 33 staff
  • Coordination of order entry with all areas of the production and sales divisions
  • Ensuring that customer service is on schedule and carried out to the highest quality
  • (Professional) development of KSC staff and responsibility for training new staff
  • Taking part in project tasks to improve operational processes in the customer service centre; this includes the implementation and definition of standards as well as their implementation
  • Development of future-proof customer service structures and processes
  • Preparation of appraisals, conducting staff interviews

  • Maintenance and creation of condition documents
  • Export data provision and coordination

  • Well versed in all MS-Office applications
  • Foreign language skills, good spoken and written command of English and French
